Delicious and Healthy Banana Nice Cream Recipe

Here's a healthy dessert recipe for the whole family: Banana Nice Cream.

Ingredients:

- 4 ripe bananas

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

- A splash of milk (dairy or non-dairy, optional)

- Toppings of your choice (fresh berries, nuts, dark chocolate chips, etc.)


Instructions:


1. Prepare the Bananas:

- Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices.

- Place the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.


2. Blend the Bananas:

- Transfer the frozen banana slices to a food processor or high-speed blender.

- Blend the bananas until they are smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor a few times to ensure even blending.

- If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to help it blend smoothly.


3. Add Flavor (Optional):

- If desired, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and blend until combined.


4. Serve:

- Scoop the banana nice cream into bowls.

- Add your favorite healthy toppings, such as fresh berries, nuts, or dark chocolate chips.


5. Enjoy:

- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for an additional 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.


This dessert is not only healthy but also a fun way to enjoy a sweet treat without any added sugars or artificial ingredients.
