Energize Your Day with This Green Power Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients:

- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 cup spinach (or kale)

- 1/2 avocado (for healthy fats)

- 1/2 cup coconut water (for hydration)

- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (for protein)

- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter for added protein)

- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (for fiber and omega-3s)

- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional for an extra energy boost)

- 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)


Instructions:

1. Add the banana, spinach, avocado, coconut water, Greek yogurt, almond butter, chia seeds, and spirulina powder to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
